FGIworld, one of Canada’s largest providers of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) announced today an Agreement to acquire the Employee Assistance Division of Off-Site Resources Inc. of Hamilton, Ontario.  Off-Site Resources Inc. is one of Ontario’s oldest and most prestigious EAP Program providers.
