FGIworld Announces Intent to Acquire CHC--Working Well

THORNHILL, Ontario – December 7, 2000 – FGIworld, Canada’s largest provider of
global relocation services and a leader in employee assistance programs
(EAP), has announced its intent to acquire CHC – Working Well, the country’s
largest supplier of EAP to Canadian business. The new company will become
Canada’s premier provider of human support programs to domestic and international
customers.
With the acquisition of
CHC, FGIworld will offer the widest array of innovative products and services
to help companies maximize employee and organizational success, by improving
the effectiveness of employees both at work and at home. The new company
will serve more than 1,800 companies in 100 countries around the world.

counselors, trainers and consultants to service the needs of 1,800 customers.

FGIworld Global Relocation Services include cross-cultural training, destination
services, expatriate employee assistance programs and repatriation services.
Employee Assistance Programs include short-term counseling, substance
abuse and professional services, tailored wellness programs, a gambling
help-line and trauma response services.
